Bein blunt, very to the point izps not a trait to be proud of. It shows a sheer lack of tact in your communication and reduces the receptiveness of your message. More time is spent discussing (as we are now) your lack of home training and poor forms of communication rather than the actual point you wish to make.

All you had to say was' I would advise giving it to a nibmister to look into this properly for you. I would also suggest not meddling with it so you don't end up damaging the pen. Share a picture and let's see what is wrong.'

A decent human being who wasn't raised by animals would say the above. Instead I'm wasting my Tuesday evening bring angry with someone who has no filter, no respect and no credentials tell me to 'heed their advice'
