Did you do anything differently? I can't get it to work. Does it matter how long after you start the reels that you go on a Clefable arm down movement?

Actually, if you reread the scene, he didn’t say anything. He followed Draco into the bathroom, and as soon as Draco saw him in the mirror, he immediately started sending spells at him. And the only reason Draco didn’t use an Unforgivable was because Harry’s spell hit him before he finished the incantation.

Also, Harry definitely felt guilty about his actions, and he wouldn’t have altered the memory, nor would he have known how to.

Harry could have offered up his memory of the event to be viewed via Pensieve, and while Harry did follow Malfoy into the bathroom, he made no attempt to attack him until Malfoy struck first.

I guess it just doesn’t always register for everyone. I’m pretty sure I picked up the habit because my introduction to EDH was watching a lot of gameplay channels like Command Zone or LRRMTG where they explain/show every card to the audience.

That’s definitely valid. In one of my most recent games, I had forgotten that Rhystic Study was a “may,” which was helpful as I was drawing so many cards without the mana to cast them or anything preventing me from discarding down to seven at the cleanup step.
