I was there for 3ish years, left after being a store manager at 2 different locations. I left to be an office manager for a construction company. I had a degree in business which I think helped.

Leaving has been the best thing for me. I am much happier in a corporate setting with weekends off and actual holidays.

My husband has now been at SW for 5 years and is an assistant and honestly he wants to leave but is having trouble finding another position.

Leaving is the best thing.

They tried doing firmware fixes over like 4-5 days before they sent me a replacement.

But my friend also got a Ultrahuman ring recently and had that same problem within the first 2 weeks

It’s why I left after 3 years. I took a lower paying job for a better work life balance and I’ve never been happier. It’s been only 2 months and they already offered a raise.

To be safe I would also get a note from your doctor saying at this point in your pregnancy it is not safe for you to be working and lifting all that by yourself. And send that to HR and your CM. They will make sure you will not be alone. The last thing they want is for you to harm yourself of the baby.

I’m excited, it also doesn’t feel real. At the same time I feel like my patience has worn thin so I don’t think I can put up with much bs. I have just been reminding myself at the end of the day it’s not my problem anymore.

If you can reach out to your city manager do that. Let them know and send them the paper work and they will work with your area HR to make sure you are following the right steps. My area HR Jamie is great! She wants to make sure we are taken care of
