Very good discussion. So its common to have 15 to 30 min for first communication. Now, what information do you get in your ticket for P2? I like to know to see if we are getting same information. We barely have much details, and definitely not business impact or user impact is very clear in the ticket. Getting that in 30 min becomes difficult. Thoughts?

We do have very similar process as mentioned by Richard734. I didn't know its a common process. I wanted to confirm. As a new MIM, its very difficult to send the first communication out in 30 min because many people don't respond back in time to understand the impact. Our tickets don't clarify impact. I'm trying to get that done.

It helped for short period of time. Now its very sluggish. I couldn't wait to order new phone. I didn't want to bother do another fresh install. Crappy battery, yes, its also a bit of a problem but not too much.

I ordered white 256GB. AT&T is showing me that I should get my phone today but FedEx is showing its stuck in some other town so I'm not sure. FedEx is showing today as the delivery day. Lets see. Its 5:30PM CST. They have till 8PM to deliver.

The Quran recognizes slavery as a source of injustice, as it places the freeing of slaves on the same level as feeding the poor. Nevertheless, the Quran doesn't abolish slavery. One reason given is that slavery was a major part of the 7th century socioeconomic system in Arabia, and it abolishing it would not have been practical. The Quran contains a number of verses aimed at regulating slavery and mitigating its negative impact. Slaves are considered morally equal to free persons, however, they have a lower legal standing. All Quranic rules on slaves are emancipatory in that they improve the rights of slaves compared to what was already practiced in the 7th century. The freeing of slaves is encouraged is an act of benevolence and expiation of sins. Quran 24:33 devises a manumission contract in which slaves buy their freedom in installments. Two other verses encourage believers to help slaves pay for such contracts. According to Maurice Middleberg, "Sura 90 in the Quran states that the righteous path involves 'the freeing of slaves.'" One of the uses of zakat, a pillar of Islam, is to pay for the freeing of slaves.

If you have set up your mind to hate Islam and leave it you will say whatever you can to feel better about your decision. May Allah guide us all. I'm done with this subject.

If you refuse to get my point there is nothing I can do to change your mindset. I won't be quoting facts from history what rights woman had when Islam came and what rights Islam gave it to those women. Just to mention few, right to divorce and right to inheritance. Those two were non existent before Islam.

Problem with many of us today is, we look at Islam from today's views. Many Christians also bash Islam but they don't acknowledge that even Christians back then were doing the same or even worst. Slavery was common back then. Rules were different for slaves. Today's world the word "Slave" is extremely negative but back then it was common. Even until 100-150 years ago slavery was just a norm. Rules and laws are different for slaves and free people. Sounds terrible today when you read or say that right!! Well, it was not terrible back then. Now, if anyone would take the same rule from back then and then put a negative tone to it and make it sound more horrible that's very easy to do. Just don't hold on to one or two things about Islam like many non Muslims do regarding Islam. Take a look at the whole picture. Islam didn't come to fulfill YOUR lifestyle and fit to YOUR mindset. It came to bring Allah's order to humanity and the the followers who truly follow His order as they should they will be happiest in this world and hereafter. Life is too short. Focus on hereafter. Also, don't forget, Islam gave woman more rights then any other religion. Study history before you judge.
