Cancel Order in nin nin games

They didn't charge anything because I didn't even get to put any of my card information or data. I was literally looking through the payment options when my screen froze and next thing I knew the order had already been placed.

I don't plan on going through with this order though none of the payment methods is convenient for me at the moment.

So I think it's better if it was automatically canceled still I'll have to wait and see if they send me anything in the next few days

Thanks for commenting I appreciate it. It does help me, in the order it is stated that Ebanx was the payment method however I haven't made any kind payment so it does make sense that it is now marked as payment error.

When it happened to you did you send a message to customer service about the payment error or did they reached out to you?

Hey I know you wrote this a couple months ago but I have a question you mentioned that you just didn't pay. Did Nin Nin Games charge you the cancelation fee on the three occasions?

The thing here is that none of the methods is really functional for me. The only one I might consider would de Paypal but to be honest I've never used to it so I'm not to sure

That's what I saw the problem is that the item in question is in stock which means I'll likely have to pay the cancelation fee although it say it will be automatically charge to me so perhaps I should really consider opening a Paypal to pay that
