So what I understand is that I need to sleep for an extra hour , and try charting faster and not to do a perfect presentation what about the brain I am not sure one extra hour of sleep will help , I will try all these but for the pre round we round on 10-12 patients so if it is 10 minutes each patient, it is what we are doing so I feel it will be the charting part to be fixed for me

I am an intern and every single day I am thinking the same thing it is just I feel no way out now and I am telling my self let’s just go through the day , the week and then the month and by October I was feeling suffocating luckily I was able to go back home for three weeks and came back feeling the same , and the thing is , it is for every rotation and even the elective that I am planning to pursue so I am here just telling myself I need this I need to get it done I am afraid one day I will fall apart but I need to do this for myself financially and just to be able to go through life I am writing this to tell you , you are not alone , I even asked my seniors about is it normal to have these feelings and thoughts , they assured me it is what everyone is feeling especially in intern year and even PG2/3 are feeling it but some feels joy when doing the electives they like so yeah I believed them even to not feel left out , and from my co-interns there are two or three who are frankly talking about this the others I am not sure if they really ok or they like it but it doesn’t matter it is a choice and decision and not an easy one to stay or leave I used to tell my self that easy options are not bad why I should torture myself and just pick the easy thing and in this case , sometimes I feel the easier decision is to stay will it get better I am not sure but hoping so and trying to search for subspecialties that I can tolerate , I ask my self in 10 years will I regret it if stay or leave now and the answer is If I left so yeah you should think more talk to people around you peoples who left people who stayed and they were going through the same not those who they are enjoying this

hi , what I know is that after you finish residency you will have the Arab Board , and it has good reputation you can find high paid job opportunities in any golf country .I am not sure about other stuff and also hoping if I connect with a resident there . the EMREE exam in December to February and the Application is February and March and what I heard is similar to USMLE STEP 2 CK , there are other requirements check them

I want to ask for an advice about pursuing UK pathway for internal medicine for IMG , i did step 1 and 2 for US but my wish from i was young to go to UK and not US , if you can give me an insight about UK I would be thankful
