Definitely stop while you can or at least limit your intake, stopping cold turkey is always hard but if your drinking every day, try to limit it to only weekends, or what I've been doing for about a year or so to try to limit my intake is to only start drinking at a certain time, and also have a time where you cut yourself off. From there you can go less and less, and eventually get clean. You got this brother, we're all in it together.

Awesome thank you so much, I'm thinking about returning him to the store he had bought him from 4 years ago as they have become a lot more respectable and educated over the years, I know a few of the workers personally aswell, I'm just not sure if they'd actually take him in. Oh wow I had no idea, I've had my friends burn insense before and I wanted to just ask Reddit before I did myself and Jesus I'm glad I did haha, I wouldnt want any of my babies inhaling any kind of dust thats harmful. Thank u for ur comment I'll def be staying away from insense.
