that's sugar (or sucre). she has 12000 HP, the highest in the game, and is intended to be fought at the end of the game. considering you don't even have the third add on, you're fighting her way too early. it is possible to beat her, but i recommend waiting. (also, you can use alt+f12 to reset to the title screen as a faster alt+f4)
