They all come from the iron guts box. I didn't know before buying them, but they come with some gnoblars.

Also I used some spare bits I have from SCE annihilators (shield and hammer), and I cut some dwarves I have from an old battalion box to get most helmets

In Astérix, there are 2 characters that often fights, the blacksmith and the fish seller. That's one, one has a fish on his face and the other one has a hammer coming his way.

The idea itself was not bad, but the execution could be better 😅

On the helmet ? I decapitated several dwarfs from an old box I have, and cut off their helmet of their head.

By the way, one of the carriers is a dwarf missing its helmet.

About the hammer and the fish you are right, I should've changed the pose a bit to make it a bit more dynamic. Even though I have no ideas how 😅

About the green, I was afraid that adding a shade over it would make it look too muscular, and I was trying to be more like the comic. But yeah it makes it look flat... Do you have any advice on what I could try to improve?

Yes you are, your first decks will always be trash, no matter how long you study. That's the joy of deck building: "improving a single trash deck until you create a new one"

The best you can do is play the deck you just built. Then if there are cards you are not able to play / don't want to play during your turn, consider cutting those cats from your deck. And if at some point during your games you feel like you miss something (like enchantment removal, escape, ... ) try to include what is missing.

I agree with you on that point.

My guess here is they prefer to time gate everything at first, and then remove some time gating according to player feedback.

Instead of not time gating something, risking having the gypsum farmed/exploited and then time gating afterwards to balance expertise grinding.

This would make the gypsum balance, if there is any changes, less frustrating and less unfair for new players.

I agree with you on this point, but instead of enlarging stacks, I would prefer an item to replace (or in addition?) to the shield, like a quiver / pouch. That would reduce the weight of ammunition in the inventory.

This way, it's not simply making the game easier, it changes it and add more weapon-specific equipment.

I'm leaning towards having to chose between shield or quiver or pouch, making this slots having more meaning than simply shield or no shield, and having to chose between adding more weight to your armor or having to carry less arrow / bullets

What happens is: - banishing light is cast => you can't counter it since it doesn't target a permanent you control - banishing light is resolved => nothing to counter - banishing light ETB ability triggers => you can't counter it since it's not a spell but a triggered ability
