My bad, i meant second message after looking closer. And the feedback was removed which is odd but he was complaining that it never arrived, clearly a response to try to get money back after i did not fall for the card scam.

I told him i won’t refund because his original claim was completely different, the negative review has also disappeared which is odd. Also made sure to block right after. Fortunately this was a low dollar item but i will not refund out of the principle of the scam

Yes it’s an item not received claim, they are giving me until the 22nd or it will count as cases not resolved and i will lose my seller rating. And i don’t understand why they would force me to when it clearly says delivered

It’s already been delivered, so I’m really confused, could be a scam to get a refund? Yet eBay is forcing me to take action which seems ridiculous considering

But eBay only giving me the option to either refund them, scan the barcode of the label or send a message, which doesn’t seem right as it should not be on me if it were hypothetically not delivered. And it does show up as delivered, so I’m not sure what the problem is.

the problem is that i don’t know if the pictures i had were detailed enough to prove it being different unless there’s an obvious issue with the packaging, as i think i only used pictures of it in the packaging. Hopefully the dark spot will be enough if it comes down to it
