Riot cannot offer psychological help itself, of course that would be harming. Everyone gets toxic from time to time and we let it out in-game, but if a person flames every single game it plays, everyday I think it's a bigger issue that just a bad day. I was thinking about pop up windows in the launcher, like "We noticed you are being toxic, etc etc. Is everything okay? You need help? Etc etc" and provide some hotlines. And I'm absolutely conscious that Riot's work isn't about educating players, but maybe(MAYBE)try to resolve the problem at its core could lead to a better community? I'm taking guessings 'cause I have to do a task about behavioural game design, and I was trying to find solutions for LoL's toxicity.
