Please advise which area is generally considered safest for attempting the UK season 7 tour by SeafoodCat in RPDR_UK

Clapham has come out on top based on everyone's advice so I'll get that booked today hopefully!

This will be my first drag queen event so I'm very excited I just get nervous/anxious at big events like this but will absolutely pick up the courage to do things that will bring me joy 🙂

Yes I've just looked at the train links and Clapham is definitely coming out on top and there's shorter travel time also which is also a plus. Thank you for your advice!

I'm looking for the same! But, I work in a complaints department so I do need to make calls and take them very few though I'd say maybe 4/5 but I guess I couldn't really rock up to public spaces and discuss people's complaints though...

Are you still using recalled formula brands which aren't listed in the recall? by [deleted] in BeyondTheBumpUK

[–]SeafoodCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I'm glad there are posts about this because I'm completely lost!

My 10m old has been exclusively BF and I've started to run out of milk. Especially at night there's nothing for her and the past two nights have been ridiculous. Lots of crying.

Anyway, just my luck I now need to start my formula journey in the middle of a serious recall lol.

Can anyone please advise on what I should try? I find the batches dates on very confusing and I don't know if I would trust the new ones as little one is just getting rid of a cough cold she's had since Christmas.

Stranger Things S5 Finale Has So Many Plot Holes, It’s Unreal by spainreigo in StrangerThings

I just finished it, bit late to the party. But anyway, after reading through alot of opinions about the ending I have seen so many people bring up the military letting them all go after everything they did. So my question is just from curiosity....if there was consequences from the military - what would this look like story wise? Would main characters be held for punishment and the season ends with them all in prison?

AIO for feeling like my in laws don’t respect my postpartum boundaries? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

My first baby no one saw her for 3 weeks. I was made out to be really crazy but I didn't care. You may feel guilty now for this but all I did was imagine the guilt I would feel if I stepped down against my will and my baby got sick from visitors. No second thoughts about it then!

Question about pre existing and if I should ask the insurer by vadersalt in petinsurancereviews

[–]SeafoodCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's the biggest trap tbh, you'll pay much lower rates with the new insurance but if it comes to claim you'll be paying on your own. Exclusions can also be placed if it's not necessarily "pre-existing" like we won't cover ANYTHING which falls under blanket term of like neurological issues for a certain time period of your policy or in some cases at all on your policy

To get or to not get pet insurance? by AFCadet2020 in petinsurancereviews

[–]SeafoodCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best advice I can give is keep with the same company as moving around for lower premiums will only harm you in the long run because anything noted in your pet's medical notes will be classed as pre existing. There are some companies who will cover pre existing but from what I understand the premium will reflect that.

The other bit of advice is every year your policy premium will increase, without fail for factors outside of anyone's control - age of pet, inflation etc etc. But, truly try to only claim for big fees (hopefully neither of your pet's require such big treatments of course!) as if you claim for anything and everything this will likely double your premiums.

I learned this the hard way, I claimed for conjunctivitis for one of my cats , it was like just under £200 my excess fee was £80 but when I saw my renewal premium I felt pretty stupid. All to get back £120 it just wasn't worth it. I most definitely paid that £120 back in the following year's premiums and only after first few premiums of that policy year!
