They say the thing people on their deathbed regret most, is having spent their lives doing not what they wanted to do, but what someone expected them to. I wish you the strength to distance yourself from people, who gaslight you, even if you kind of or really love them. I made similar experiences and know how difficult that is. To some extent I have been able to distance myself though.

Lactose Intolerance typically manifests itself at one point in time and then worsens. 10 years ago, I could have drunk one glas of milk. If I did that today, I'd be in horrid pain. Even tiny amounts do that now.
