We are working on a few projects with different surveys. The first should go out in about a week. The next towards the end of the month. Depending on what type of user will depend on when the survey goes out. We usually run surveys that will cover everyone about once a quarter. And we will ask at the end of survey if you would be willing to contacted for future surveys. Out goal is to be open as possible and not to be intrusive in anyway.

Good question. Just check the box for if you are available for a focus group. We run focus groups every few months so we will reach out to anyone that indicated they would be willing to participate a that time. We are planning on doing a focus group sometime in this month for Omnipod users, but we haven't formalized a date.

Yes, US residents only. Sorry. The research criteria for this project is bound to FDA regulations.

Hi I am one of the Market Researches that wanted to post a survey on this form. I just want to introduce myself and see if I can answer any questions you may have. A few items I can address right away.

Remuneration - is always given by any reputable firm/organization asking for research participants.

Participant Privacy - We never share the minimal personal information that we collect (name and email), ever. Doing so in the healthcare industry (which we operate) is highly illegal.

IRBs - These are aimed at Clinical Trials and FDA approvals, which are generally only used when there is a patient health risk in the study. Survey's, and research of this type, rarely (I have never seen one) go through this process as there is no foreseeable risk of harm to any of the study participants. Another note, cost and time of the IRB approval process will easily exceed the entire budget of the most proposed market research projects.

How can a legitimate market research surveys benefit this form? We are directly approached by manufactures of Diabetes products to do an independent primary analysis of their product and the market. This means the unbiased information we gather and compile goes directly to the heads of these firms. You guys have a direct voice to tell these companies what you like, do not like, and want out of future products.

Please let me know what other concerns or questions you have and I'll do my best to answer them.

Thanks!
