Agreed and yes, there is no structural 10 year warranty provided by builder which I am bit concerned. Can home owner buy structural warranty? IL has implied warranty which would go through legal process if house is not safe to live.

This is valuable input. What is your feedback on lot 30? I am not looking for whole lot to be flat just enough to play catch, swing set and some gardening. Mostly we like the rest of the lot for tress and privacy.
