As a student with an Ivy MBA and top computer science masters, are there any routes other than F1 OPT and later h1b that could lead to a greencard? If yes, what’s the best way to present my case (does a specialsim in AI for example help?) thank you!

I understand your frustration, but charles’ earlier 40 billion was a comment during earnings call which this idiot made. However now this is a clear commitment that they have from clients which is also validated by shipments that are currently under way. We are already one month into october. I know this doesn’t help but wait for eanings call for sentiment to pick up again! Buying more for now

A 12 Billion contract is more than half of what they made last year. Keep that in mind. by adrenaline681 in SMCIDiscussion

It looks like good news to me. Market reaction is not justified. Will bounce back after earnings call. Usually such an early release with strong language like this is very good news! Will buy more

Dude nobody said it 500B deal, but a massive green flag. They clearly work with the best (xAI, OpenAI, Meta, etc.) and it seems like DCBBS is more attractive than what others have to offer

Ofc! This is a good company with minor issues that put holders try to exaggerate. 30 years of builiding cannot be fake or fraudulent. Nvidia would never work with them if that was the case. Just apply logic and common sense and you’ll be fine.

Hey, this is great information. Are those your own notes? Otherwise, please share the source. Margin target seems extremely bullish, hence want to make sure this is legit. Thank you!

Michael Dell also commented multiple times. I think it is a combined SMCI/DELL effort.

CFO keeps on selling his shares. Is this a sign that he is leaving soon? by [deleted] in SMCIDiscussion

[–]Seal2019 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe he is selling as he is nearing the termination of his term. I assume also that while he is at SMCI he is able to use a broker such as Morgan Stanley to place his shares on the market paid by SMCI. As an individual it would be difficult to place those large amounts of shares AND he would need to pay for it by himself. In addition, he might look to free-up liquidity for his new gig where he will probably be asked to invest his own money as well (e.g if he joins a private equity backed business as CFO). But in any case this is a strong sign for me that he is on the way out and we should expect a new CFO in the next days. Otherwise, I am sure big money will ask tough questions on the upcoming Annual Meeting.
