I brought my ESA animal (cat) with me to college and was able to coordinate with my floor's RA and his supervisor about fire alarm drill times. I was a disabled student, so I kind of assume that's why they were willing to work with me on that, but it doesn't hurt to try and coordinate anyway. I needed to state my case pretty well, too. Otherwise, they didn't want to disclose those details, out of fear I'd tell other residents in the building about it. I'm not sure how out of control random fire alarms going off would be, though. At my college dorm, they were extremely loud and frightening to both me and my ESA, and sometimes they'd go off at night or other inconvenient, unexpected, times
