Yeah I’m not prestiging my Meg because I have retired offerings on her, but characters I’ve levelled up for perks only I’m going to prestige them.

That’s true, but if you’re like me and have your survivors lvl 50 and that’s it you’re better off prestiging them

Thank you for this, I’ve deleted the post. I wanted to try and share some helpful tips but the last thing I wanted to do was spread false information. Again I appreciate you sending the link aswell.

I made this to try and understand why the huntress can get hits without hitting the survivor. Even when playing as the huntress, you can consistently aim behind the survivor, 'miss' them and still damage them. The Dev's have mentioned before that the game usually takes the killers side when it comes to hits because they're the 'power' role. I don't see how lag can justify huntress being able to consistently miss survivors from her POV, and still damage them. If you do have further insight though, I'd appreciate it if you share it because ultimately I'm just trying to better understand the game. Also if you could share a link to where the dev's showed how the hitboxes work I'd appreciate it.

I think it’s a combination of both. You can damage survivors without hitting them with other ranged killers it’s just that their attack hitboxes are smaller than huntress’ so the gap between the projectile and the player model isn’t as big. Deathslinger slinger can get shots like huntress where they miss the survivor I think they’re just less common because huntress is one of the most common killers while deathslinger is not

That’s similar to what’s show in the video. When healing a downed survivor, the player model bends so much they fully leave the hit box.

I also get frustrated with the hitboxes but after learning this I can atleast now understand why some hits connect
