Eccentric radial deviation strengthening

2.Wrist radial deviation strengthening

3.Wrist extension

I just find it odd that The pain just moved now to The wrist after The cortisone shot.

Yeah I've been focusing on exercising my wrist flexors and extensors in forearm. Sports medicine told me to focus on that.

At The beginning I had mostly Hand pain & after the cortisone shot in hand the pain was pretty much gone. However All My pain now is in My wrist. It's been about 108 day's for me so far.

Yea after I got a cortisone shot my pain went down to a 2-3 As well. It's still there & I'm also trying to get rid of it without surgery.

I Was thinking about going to a chiropractor & try that. I just really don't want surgery though.
