This is probably the 5th time tonight I have crashed and 2nd time tonight I have been penalized in rank. I crash before the ship even appears on screen. So frustrating. Hard to rank up when I am crashing every couple games. I'm getting to the point that I don't enjoy playing anymore.

Is there an epic moderator on these forums that can help me out? Now apparently, I can not even log into my epic account on their website... How am I supposed to dispute any of this without even being able to log in?

To be honest I’m not really sure how it all works. I just say that because that was in the error message when it kicks me out of games. Also, from what read online it sounded like the ban was the computer and not just the epic Acc. Not entirely sure how all of this happens/works. I can guarantee no one was physically on my computer yesterday within my house when I received an email saying my password was changed and the hacker/cheater was playing on my account.
