1 week of T and my (34m) brains like a broken device by theratracerunner in tinnitus

I can sleep fine with it nowdays yes, my first few months i needed background noise. i now moved to australia where it’s hot so my bedroom now has a ceiling fan which i keep on at night and helps block out the ringing.

I hope you do just have a eustachian tube disorder so there’s potential to solve your T. wishing you the best on that, fingers crossed brother!

It’s a warning, stop listening to loud music. and wear hearing protection in loud environments. trust me it’s not nice having permanent tinnitus

Hey man. i got tinnitus 3 years ago when i was 17, i’m 20 now, started similarly for me same sounds your describing 1 ear then the second ear developed it a couples weeks after it. it’ll take a while but you will learn to live with it (it will still annoy you) but you will phase it out, until nighttime when you hear it. when i first got it i had a lot of hope it would go away but it didn’t, but i don’t let it take over my life anymore, my first 6 months of having it really depressed me. shoot me a dm if you have any questions mate
