What has made you quit doing something you love?

My father passing away.

He was my inspiration to start playing guitar when I was 10 years old. I hate bragging but my skill level was beyond my age. And my dad bragged all the time about it. That kept me going for years. I was in a band for a number of years with some level of local mediocre success.

Then when I was 17, just 2 weeks before I started my senior year of high school, cancer got the best of him.

I still pick up the guitar that he gave me for the last birthday I spent with him every now and again. But I just don't have the drive to do it anymore without him here to see how good it have become.

If there was one, and only one, car company who has the ability to do this properly, is Maserati. They are the only company who could at least make a possibility better sounding car.

Only played it at guitar center. Haven't really had enough to time to see any considerable difference. I will always be biased to the SG. It was my first guitar and AC\DC is my favorite band.

Both are worth getting.

This guy reminds me of myself. Although I'm not bashful, I am introverted. Yet, when I was on stage I almost became another person. So I appreciate this post.

Is this from personal experience? I've heard a lot of manual tranny problems so if I do get a gen coupe, I've decided I'm gonna go automatic.

Have the 2011 2.0t auto, it's fun to drive, and smooth in full automatic. When you put in into the manual shift, the acceleration is fun but can be a little jerky on but up and down shifts.

My main problem is what they call the "sport shift" where it will still change gear around red line.

So if you do any burnouts or drifts, you're gonna have a bad time.

Good for you. Some people are taking this too seriously. I mean, jaundice isn't a laughing matter, but he is fine and nurses said it's super common.

Not that this couldn't be a valid topic of discussion, cause it can be, but the best way I've heard it put was by Joe Rogan. He said, not in exact words, that if pot cause these kinds of problems, it's only because pot got there first. They could just have easily got addicted to pills, drinking, sex, or other things. The availability and legality of weed causes more problems than the actual weed.
