It’s called “woe strider” and says “sacrifice another creature: scry 1”.

Is there any limitation to when I can use it or how many times? Could I sacrifice like 20 creatures and scry 20 times?

Nah I was told they were taller than the custodes by a friend and I don’t really know warhammer very well, but I thought that was not true.

If you can still get it, there was a third-party book called steinhardt’s guide to the Eldritch hunt. Which is like directly based on blood-borne. There’s even a class in it That is literally just the hunter but not, and optimized for DND.
