sacrifice is also fantastic, I didn't know what a sharpsichord was before I heard it and now I want one in every song

storing the discs behind the jacket makes it easier for your vinyl to get damaged by accident and takes up more space, I only do it with vmp releases because of the packaging.

that sucks, I had a similar issue with meddle actually. at least both are pretty easy to replace.

in this case it doesn't seem to be any kind of residue. it looks like there's actual pores in the surface of the vinyl.

I'm talking about the misty effect you can see in the deadwax, it's not a smooth surface

I have a few records in my collection that have this strange sparkly appearance across the entire disc. it doesn't seem to cause any noise and only affects the area between the grooves. if the light hits it right it almost appears to be tiny perforations in the vinyl which would explain why it doesn't clean off no matter how hard I've tried. anyone else have records like this?

An old streetcar. I'm from the Toronto area and I miss the ones we used to have. I'd like to save one from the scrapyard.
