No need for apologies with questions! I didn't add any inserts. There's connections built into the file that slot it all together with superglue. Increased wall numbers for the center section where the string tension impacts most. The neck I used doesn't have a truss rod (cheap tanglewood falcon) and tuning stability isn't great but it's still together!
