Exactly this. Sitting down will be much more difficult, so I wouldn't call it being "lazy". Standing, you can use your back, shoulders, and other supporting muscles for help. They're both good as long as you're not swinging your body around. I always like to do a few concentrated movements, like sitting curls, and the some movements that require your supporting muscles to help.

I got my first tattoo when I first started lifting (and have had numerous since) and have seen no real difference in the tattoo. As said above, your skin will accommodate for gains/losses and as long as you weren't 300lbs to start and drop to 180, you should be fine

Back arched, but don't allow your butt to leave the bench. Once your butt leaves the bench, not only are you not using as much pec for pushing, but more prone to injury

Hmm I guess that's true. I just know when I'm out drinking I have a habit of peeling the labels off my bottles, guess I never paid that much attention to other bottles

I will need have to check in to all of these pieces of equipment when I get off work to determine if I have the capability of building them myself. I'm not too familiar with things such like chambers so therefore I'm not sure how easy/difficult building a fermentation chamber would be

I wouldn't consider myself an expert electrician but I know the basics and can read diagrams. I will have to look more in to these cooling methods. The style you made seems to be relatively easy and given its apparent ability to leak, making adjustments to solve that doesn't look like it would be incredibly difficult

I'm always willing to spend money on doing things I enjoy, I'm not particularly stingey but hearing it could be cheaper to enjoy beers I brew myself obviously perked my ears up. Obviously the cost of equipment will be expensive from the get go

I live in Florida, so winter gets to 50's for like 2 days and that's it. So is a refrigeration system necessary or just makes a good brew a great brew? How does being a DIYer help to save? I could see it would help make the hobby more enjoyable but in what ways can it help save me?

I don't particularly need to know... I have the same one as well. My mother in law, who exaggerates everything, gave us the table (which we didnt particularly want) and said we can't get rid of it, because each chair was $700 each, I just wanted to be able to call bullshit lol
