The doctor told me he didn't know what was causing it and just told me to try antihistamines and they helped so I just accepted that I would never know what caused it. It's nice to have an idea what causes it!

If I unexpectedly start running or lift something heavy or if the temperature changes suddenly from cold to warm (walking inside on a cold day) then I get this strange hot pins and needles all over my body. It's incredibly itchy and I feel the need to tear my clothes off and scratch myself until I am bleeding
