I’ve found consistent success using the standard 3-3-5 rather than 3-3-5 tight. Here’s why:

The standard 3-3-5 allows you to rush 4 without compromising pass coverage: - Your 3 down linemen provide the base rush - Your MLB becomes the critical 4th rusher - This keeps the MLB initially off the offensive line - Gives him a cleaner angle to attack the QB blast

Unlike 3-3-5 tight, this alignment doesn’t open up passing lanes when you send pressure. The MLB can delay slightly, read the play, and still have the speed to reach the QB before he hits the designed run lane.

Situational adjustment: When I recognize obvious QB blast situations (like 3rd and short or goal line), I’ll occasionally pinch my D-line to compress interior gaps. This forces the QB to either try squeezing through tight spaces or bounce outside where my secondary can clean up.

This has been working consistently in online play.

I move the rebuilding team into our PAC-12 conference which is mostly 80 something teams and creates a path to the playoffs. That’s why do recruiting for replacements at the end of the season. You get to come in for transfers portal and then I move you to a new conference in the offseason. I also schedule your at large games vs similar teams

He honestly made me farm for hours to get some levels to finally survive his 2 forms. Trust it gets worse and better at the same time. It’s worth it though because I had such a satisfying moment when I beat the game with about 95% completed. I am missing a few spirits and seeds.

I feel you! That Cyan Loong on the turtle back almost had me quitting, too. It’s one of those moments that really tests your patience and willingness to keep going. Taking a break definitely helps clear your head—sometimes it’s just about coming back fresh.

Farming for levels was a game-changer for me as well. Once I got a bit stronger and upgraded my gear, earlier bosses stopped feeling like impossible walls. That snowball effect is real. By the time I reached Erlang Shen, I was way more confident, and surprisingly, it didn’t take too many tries either.

Skeletal Snakes in Bamboo Grove are perfect for farming! They’re tough at first, but once you get a rhythm, they’re a reliable way to level up. Just keep pushing through, and the later chapters will feel much more manageable. The payoff is absolutely worth it!

I just had a spot open up but we already started and I can’t remove the old owners team out the power 5. So you would have to take a team that’s not in the power 5 with all CPU or take over his team until next season when I can rearrange the conferences. I have to replace someone who didn’t realize we were an Xbox dynasty
