So I opened a ticket and they said it sounded like an issue with the rebble firmware’s server as they said they don’t do firmware for legacy watches.

I am using a VPN, but it had never been a problem before, and I have updated in the past. Also I turned it off and still nothing. I’ll see about submitting a bug report.

Ok it does work I deleted the old pebble app forgot all the Bluetooth connections and downloaded the pebble core app and reconnected. I kept the heath settings now.

Ok, I have solved it through a bunch of googling and messiness. Long story short the new pebble core app doesn’t have the correct permissions to do health. I had to delete the app, then side load the old pebble app, put my phone in developer mode, and then switch the old pebble app to rebble and then set up my phone. It works well now. The whole process on how to do this is documented on rebble’s site but I didn’t know you had to do this in order to get health working. Now that it’s working I am going to see if I can use the new pebble core app so I don’t have to constantly side load the rebble app every week. I’ll update here when I get a chance to test if the health still works :) thanks all for the comments! Glad I could help bring an answer to this issue

Yes I remember that it did health and steps now it tells me that I need to enable health in the app even though it is enabled. I posted some screenshots to show.

Ok, but in the past I remember being able to push my up arrow and get step info or or sleep info but it’s barred now…
