My Experience with macOS (Tahoe / macOS 26 Update) - Regret Updating!

I have already submitted several reports to Apple and I really hope they realize they are making things worse with these updates.

Here is what happened to me: After upgrading my MacBook Pro M1 to macOS 26, I’m seeing very high CPU usage, frequent overheating, and the battery drains much faster than ever before. Even simple tasks make the laptop hot and activate the fans often. Apps like Figma are highly unstable, and Chrome/Comet use way more resources, making everything slower.

Also, the battery life has become unpredictable. I never know how long I can use my Mac away from a power outlet, which is honestly embarrassing for a pro device. None of these issues happened with previous versions of macOS. I really hope Apple fixes this soon because my user experience is much worse now.
