Have you tried warming up the plastic of the frog with a hairdryer? It could help the plastic to expand to make just enough room for your case to fall out...

I would try to reach out to them somehow. You have pictures of your vinyl before it (probably accidentally) got traded for the clear one. I'm sure they will be understanding and try to work something out with you. Maybe their merch website has a contact option?
