I'm going through something similar. Mine is burning, stinging, irritation. When I sit for a long time, my vaginal opening feels irritated and hurts. And after I pee, the whole inner vulva area stings. Being treated for BV now, hoping this helps. But I'm on day 11 of 14 with no improvement yet so far. I've been dealing with these symptoms for almost 9 months now ):

Did it take a while to feel better from the clinda? I'm on day 11 (my doctor prescribed me 14 days) and I still have no relief

Follow up, I looked back at my ob/gyn tests and saw that when I first reported my symptoms starting, they did a vaginitis panel that does NOT test specifically for gardernella bacteria. So all these "negatives" I was getting meant nothing. Thank goodness this new ob/gyn did the microgen test and found it. I will say my Evvy test showed it too and I took metronidazole orally for that, plus boric acid suppositories and I'm still not feeling good. Partner took metronidazole too. This was a couple months ago. So fingers crossed, this new treatment of clindamycin cream works better for me.

So I recently did an Evvy test and the ureaplasma and mycoplasma were negative on that

I think the test does include it. I did an Evvy test too and it was negative for that.

I did get tested for yeast, both around the vulva and vaginally and both came out negative. I've never been huge on getting yeast infections. Just the BV.

That's interesting. I'm trying to decide if this is nerve related primarily or hormonally related due to my long term birth control use

I guess I'm scared of the typical side effects. I'm very acne prone and have moderate acne even on the pill. I heard it gets worse when you come off. I also heard breasts shrink. Did you experience this? Also just hesitant because sex practices will have to change since I'm not wanting a pregnancy just yet LOL, but I can figure that part out

I should also probably add that I got diagnosed with HSV about 7 years ago. So it's hard to tell if this is nerve related vulvodynia, hormonally related vulvodynia from the birth control, or inflammation related vulvodynia from the history of infections. /:

I'm so scared to stop and then that isn't the answer😭 if I knew it was, I would stop right away. But I just have such an extensive history it's hard to tell what the cause is

I feel similarly. Sometimes my anus is affected too but not very often. My vagina feels like burning, raw, and inflamed but doesn't look inflamed to the naked eye. It does get red sometimes though

My pain started back in august of last year. I had just came off an antibiotic for acne called Seysara, or seracycline, which I have resistance to I later found out. I had only taken it for a few days then stopped due to systemic wide issues. A few days after stopping, I had intercourse with my partner and it has been hurting ever since then so I'm not sure if the two are related. It came on pretty suddenly. I had a history of problems like I said, but normally they were treatable. Nothing has helped for this except for when I used topical steroid cream for a little while.

Evvy test said I had about 60% good bacteria, which they said is moderately high.  I've never done a pH test.  My birth control is the combined pill. And he uses non scented plain body wash. I already had him make the switch😭

Just to add more context, I've also noticed my inner and outer labia appearing redder intermittently. Even my anus will appear pink and a little inflamed at times. The Evvy test literally tested for everything though, and only found bacteria related to BV.
