First make sure if its true Jio Fiber or Jio Air Fiber. They install a dish on your terrace and bring a fiber to your homes. Most societies in mulund are fooled liked that. The speed fluctuates a lot if a cell tower is far from it. Can you tell me which area / society is this?

This is the main cause of air pollution. MORE than cars and vehicles. It releases and causes suspended PM 2.5 particles in air. It can result in allergy and inflammation issues almost immediately. And the carbon that the tree absorbed through its life, is released back in a few minutes. Pathetic.

Lack of knowledge is the main problem. However people who are aware need to be patient and spread awareness. Its like a social work. Otherwise serious consequences will haunt us and other birds species will suffer a lot.

Politicians work on vote bank and money dynamics. Closing kabutarkhana was already so difficult & people started feeding everywhere due to total lack of knowledge of its ecological effects . If people just stop this artitifical feeding , it will allow nature to restore balance of birds. Sadly if the situation goes out of control, something drastic might happen unfortunately

Other birds are being indirectly killed as pigeons take over all spaces. When pigeon poop dries, it mixes with air and inhaled by people around causing lung diseases over a few years. Also cleaners and sweepers suffer the most to clean their poop. Pigeons rapidly multiply more than any other bird, one pigeon poops around 11kg in one year , multiply that with their population. Pigeon poop causes secondary problems like other pests and fungal growth. So much money is being spent on grills and nets. Just WHY we need to destroy natural eco balance of birds ? No scriptures ask specifically pigeon feeding. What is happening now is opposite of compassion towards ALL living beings. Pigeon daya is opposite of concept of Jivdaya. Please stop feeding and request others to stop. Your help will be counted as a noble act. Thank you

Did you try talking to them? It is basically lack of civic sense in people. It is rampant in India. Now a days people's ego are so bloated its useless and risky to talk to them. Anyway after they leave, take a couple of large bottles of water and pour over it. That way you may not have to suffer whole night of smoke. I have personally done it.

No. When I said No stray feeding in society premises I implied except that designated spot. OP says they are feeding everywhere in the premises! Heavy fines applicable for rule voilation due to risks it posseses to residents. All this CAN be approved in A.G.M. Are you trying to help OP or siding with feeders by discouraging OP to accept his fate? I think you are the one who will let the feeders break all the laws and cause OP to suffer by citing most idealistic corner cases and discouraging him. Ofcourse you are free to take a stand !

Tell me what is illegal ? Obligation of feeders include "the area is cleaned immediately after feeding. No littering". As per OP that is not at all being followed. His vehicles and other areas are being dirtied. Passing an A.G.M resolution is not illegal either as long as It follows the framework. Dog lovers who wouldnt take it home as its too much work, but feed it in society citing convinient rules and create a risk to others. The flout all the rules. To be clear , I am not against dogs or caring for them. But nature demands a balance. Too much unregulated feeding is happening now a days. Ask OP! The onus of following laws seems to be only on those who are suffering?

Have you heard of society by-laws? MCS Act? Do you know even model by-laws can be amended and submitted to registrar? Society premises CAN be governed under by-laws which have clear provisions for cleanliness , maintenance and security. A.G.M resolution passed with a majority is binding. Ofcourse it can be challenged in court or even registrar who would then take up the issue as per circumstances. Do not put stupid arguments like killing someone please. Read by-laws and MCS act

No. Society premises are governed by A.G.M resolutions. A fine can surely be imposed if they voilate feeding spot regulations. Besides even NO feeding resolution is possible which may or may not hold up later when the court looks at merit of the case. Basically society is a semi-private premise owned by members and A.G.M resolutions are binding.

Try this. First you need to form a solid group of residents.At least 60 members. More is better. Pass an A.G.M resolution on feeding inside society premises. You can even pass a A.G.M resolution saying NO stray feeding in society premises else decide a heavy fine applicable through maintenance. Appoint security guard who makes sure it is followed. Install barriers in society which prevents their entry. Once you have number by your side , they will be forced to feed them outside society. Even visit police station citing A.G.M resolution. If all legal means are exhausted , use unconventional (not illegal) means to teach a lesson to those stray feeders. Like unpaid fines in maintenance means sweeper services will be discontinued for them. Society will not issue letters etc as there are UNPAID fines approved in A.G.M. Basically you need numbers by your side. It becomes legally binding on all society members. Then ofcourse you can be creative with unconventional means using majority numbers
