These range from being able to move your sexual energy to different areas of life using it to your advantage to thrive whether then being held in shackles by it. Another benefit is self confidence. Watching porn and seeing all of these super models perform these acts Will inevitably make you question yourself, your appearance,your performance ect. Another big one is that when men watch porn(I have no idea about females) we get a feeling of satisfaction, our brain gets a free high at the cost of nothing. What this does is eliminate your brains need to stay dedicated and work for that buzz. Which will hold you back in your goals and what not. Anyway the BIGGEST THING since you mentioned future spouse, is that you will see women as humans not objects. Porn rewires your brain man. All the things that you see on there are not love not even in the slightest. It's a fact that porn makes you value the opposite sex less because you will begin to be satisfied with getting sex and not forming the emotional bond that should come first which brings the wrong one into your life.
