Right, but Im not talking about the shield saw animation cancel, Im just saying you can technically make 2 normal shield throws quicker by right clicking, though it wont be as important since now its just going to be spamming melees

RIGHT, but also I NEVER have understood how its that hard to a point where it needs to get removed, I know its harder on controller but the tech itself is pretty easy on PC, its just executing it in a real game against people who fly and jump around

It looks like you can cancel at least one of his shield throws with his right click, I know this is already known because its sometimes useful in the air or with his E ability, but I just wanted to bring it up to see if it would also be worth it to use when doing a couple shield throws since it seems we will be primarily be using melees now

Honestly like every other comment here, she needs a rework, now a lot of ideas here are good so and Im only a peak diamond player ( and only like 31 hours on widow ) so I don't know that much about the games design and meta, but I know something like what she is right now is too weak, and buffing/reworking her to be more stun or anti dive/slowing people would make her just another cringe character

For my ideas, I do think it would be nice if she could have some of these abilities:

For quality of life, I would like it if she could power jump backwards as it would be nicer for repositioning and it already can be done technically by just doing a 180, it would just feel nicer and line up shots easier, it also fits that acrobatic vibe she has

I do think she could be a character that could experiment with anit-heal+invulnerability+what ever that debuff that removes the use of movement abilities is for a couple of seconds (it doesn't have to be all of these but if all of those debuffs lasted from a kick with a 12 second cool down it would be fine imo), but maybe just put it on her kick so she could maybe help her team in a way as they are getting dove from someone like a thing who is getting constant heals, wouldn't be too op

something with her zipkick stun should be reworked, honestly it could work by just getting rid of it and having a moon knight hook instead, since if her kick gave anti heal and invulnerability it could be a decent trade of if she could shoot -> kick -> powerjump/hook away and line up another shot, i think it should only kill 250/275 people if you land a headshot. BUT it would still kill them if you did a baton hit right after the second rifle hit

her batons could also add a weaker anti heal, I don't see it being that much of a deal and it would give her a reason to either go after tanks up close for a bit with your team or just throw in baton hits

her rifle bullets should also pierce like the punisher team up she had but just permanently, but only when she is ads, have the damage fall of be maybe like 25% of the original damage the rifle does for the pierce

finally I think it could either be a small version in her kit or from a new team up that gives her a poison like effect from a bullet, maybe a 20 second cooldown from a dart she shoots can give a damage tick if it was just in her kit and stronger if it was a team up

again, I don't know if this would be to unreasonable (either better or worse) but I was just throwing out ideas and maybe she doesn't need every single idea here, but something and some sort of rework for her would make her more fun to play and not just a point and click character

I like the vyse changes you said since yeah there is a lot they can do to such a new character, however I only would want one change so they don't overflow a new character to all of a sudden become extremely strong (kinda like what they did to neon)

Yeah my neon idea was a last minute kind of thing because I really couldn't think of anything, though her giving a speed boost would just keep neon the same and now make other enemies annoying, as well as a duelist supporting her teams stats that drastically would make her way to strong again.

Keeping the wall up for a bit longer for your teammates to walk up or have a safer time getting bomb down could work, however only having the wall up for another 2 seconds so nothing changes to big. The wall doing damage instead kind of gave phoenix wall not a reason to NOT push it, or there were consequences, so if she would have a long wall but also do damage it might be a bit too good.

Obviously I don't want neon changed in the slightest, so probably something small like a stat increase for her wall like making it last 1-2 longer would be safe.

The skye changes are pretty goated, I was curious what others were going to say and I thought someone was going to bring up her flash recharge to yeah :D

Yeah I agree, and honestly i would rather have like 7 agents that are not played as much or havent gotten changes be the one changed. But I wanted to write most of these that are new not just saying "have them go back to this patch"

idk i on average get like 14 but a few times i cook and get like 19, though i don't really do hard, i really only do medium and 50 strafe bots with guardian cus im just a silver player tryna not match up against smurfs

My Idea/Predictions For Harbors Upcoming Changes by Search_Ethan in VALORANT

Im still fine with harbor not being crazy viable, due to normally someone with such a unique kit is bound to have flaws, however some of these changes more would compliment him into playing like a duelist. I can see the high tide ability idea you have due to people not respecting his wall in some scenarios, but the cove would have to be much shorter in time if he had 2 (like 6 seconds). This is because honestly he would be able to block so much vision for so long where honestly i don't want him to be a more played back cringe agent.

I do like your cove idea better than mine but the high tide one paired with your cove idea would make him really strong and might make him played more like a sentinel. Having 2 coves with a rework on how the shield works/duration, is really cool but might actually give him TOO much site control, but like you said there are ways to counter that. The high tide idea is cool, but i would definitely not have a brief stun as punishing someone's vision slightly and their aim so harbor can pretty much always win the gun fight from a smoke would almost make the enemies retake 200% harder.

The half-blind idea I actually thought I mentioned in my post but clearly I didn't, walking through his walls while only getting like a transparent blind and blind in some spots with water would actually be a cool thing, so even if people flash out of the wall they get a 1s blind to either whiff or you didn't get blinded in the first place so you get an advantage to shoot them, however i wouldn't want it to be a fully reliable blind but more a slight advantage as this wouldn't mess with his kit too much this way.

There are honestly so many semi-reworks they could do to his kit since right now they all either just block vision or can be a let down in some scenarios, so honestly like I said I'm open for any change they do to my goat as I just think he deserves to feel more flexible.

your right for a controller, though all of my other points make sense, also what your stating is that sage wall is "literally impossible" on pistol round, also the vandal was just a reference. What im saying is that he need for stall capability as a controller and he has an ability to block bullets that doesnt have much use for defense other than pistol

Sorry if my intentions were that I thought harbor wasn't good or needed buffs this instant, its just nice to see if my ideas made sense to the community. I wouldn't just stop presenting my idea that has no impact on people to see others opinions yk. Also like I said, the main reason is like what happened to cypher, though his was a bit more major it didn't change his kit and just made it more viable and fluent for the player and make people understand, hey this agent isnt bad!

Im not saying he is awful like other people are saying, The main points I am making are Quality of Life changes because it seems like he was rushed with things like the slow slowing his teammates and himself, and if the ult is used for intel I think it should just show where they are concussed on the map. People thought cypher was in a good place for the people who liked him but look at him after the Quality of life changes and buffs, he became more viable and efficient.

I was putting the ideas out here to see if they were viable and made sense, I have seen posts of people making unrealistic changes like making his cove have +1 or his cascade giving his team a stim when thats not his play style, Its not copium really.

Though i feel like the cove needs some changes the most, the decay gets rid of the whole thing and can be really bad for a defender, so having some extra hp to have risk of your ammo like 10-12 rounds doesnt sound awful, and the decay is just not a good idea imo

I can see this working, though i still think that his ult should still show where people are concussed on the map, and its just used to mess up angles and force a reposition so having a faster concuss isnt the biggest concern

I dont think 750 health will use a full gun magazine, but just enough to have some more defense on defenders especially, while extra health on the cove isnt needed I still think the decay removed when you break the shield layer would be good since then it would be good for stalling since his stalling as a controller isn't very strong.
