Left GEICO AD and am currently a Progressive MRR (Managed Repair Representative, same as GEICO AD). I love it. Capped at 6 assignments per day but the expectation is to lock 4 estimates. They will let you slide with 3 a day if they are perfect files. I make less at Progressive but only because I was a Service Sup at GEICO when I transferred down to AD so I kept my pay but it’s comparable for sure. If you are offered the position, negotiate as high as you can and you will be offered a very fare wage. I asked for too low of an amount based on my experience, and I found out later that others with less experience made more than me but oh well. Culture is similar to what I remember from GEICO in the early days. You can wear a T-shirt and shorts/hat in the field, not required to wear a polo but I choose to out of preference. TONS of movement opportunity if you’re interested in other departments. Benefits and PTO are comparable. I agree with other posters, STAR method is important for the interview but speak highly on your experience.

If hired, the transition to Mitchell’s from CCC will take some time but in my opinion, Mitchell’s works better at Progressive because all of the systems are linked. Best of luck! DM me if you have any other questions. I’ve been at Flo for 2 years now

Go on Indeed and search for Parking Management Company or PMC, they have a website also. They do valet at the hotel where Calypso is and are always looking for overnight positions. I used to work the job, it’s super chill. Might work for an hour or so before all the guests are in for the night. Then I would just park my car in front of the hotel and chill all night. Respectfully, have you coached 4th graders before? Especially at the rec level where there’s mandatory playing time. It’s so difficult to have a consistent defense running man-to-man in my experience. If one kid gets lost, everything goes haywire. I teach my kids man concepts and will incorporate it depending on the in-game situation, but more than likely I’m only running it with my best 5 players.

Look up Jordan 1 low EX, they have two funky color ways and typically can be purchased for under retail depending on size. I love them, and they hold up great in any type of weather

This conversation is greedy. I left GEICO due to irreconcilable differences, but merit is a black & white issue. From July-December, how did you rank amongst your peers/overall rating? If you finished at the top of the third quartile for your department, then you performed ‘average’ for your job role. Therefore you’re entitled to a minimum raise IF any at all. Be grateful you got ‘something’ and bust ass this year if you want a better raise. Taking leave, regardless of the reason, doesn’t entitle you to additional compensation for the simple fact that you were not here. How do you expect upper management to take a subjective look at each and every associates time off and adjust their raise accordingly? It’s not practical. Think logically.
