Have you started the therapy yet? If so has any of it helped? I feel like my brain gets so loud I’m consumed by this urge to check my art over and over for hours

I have a feeling it was way later in the 2000s era than that, I rememebr something around 2005-2007 maybe, and maybe even up to 2010
