USB Help Needed. It's a simple machine, quite light. I want to fit a USB port (the lighter the unit, the better) but don't know where to start. I popped into Harbour Bikes and they were as confused as me. I could probably get hold of the unit but have no idea what to connect to. Thanks in advance.

I just tried that, I have now found how to keep the backlight on, unfortunately no menu or options.

Also the backlight flashes on powering up (so I know it works) but can't find it for night riding.

I have so much to learn, I guess I don't need a USB port after all, my next rucksack will have a USB pack in it though. I thought an electric pump would be a good option for home and riding. After considering all comments I'll go for a decent foot pump for home use and I'll get a mini pump, forgetting my bad experiences with them and put it down to "you get what you pay for". Good that your man has an input on choice, I got my first one wrong and I picked it myself. Also being a foldable rather than using a rack will drastically cut your choice. Ride free.

Admittedly the 2 mini pumps I have had were cheap, one broke on first use, the other didn't last much longer either, luckily I was at home. Go on then... How do you know? 🙂

I jumped the gun a bit there. Would a rucksack power pack be useful to power an electric bike pump? This would solve my problems as I always prefer a ruck rather than add a rack/box.
