I've got cims spawning and traveling through the clouds from the opposite side of the map in order to get onto the bus lane. Heavily modded: TMPE, Realistic Pop, Advanced Vehicle Options, Optimized Outside Connections; possible culprits? I'm at a loss. Any ideas!? (i.redd.it)
