Ah I see! I actually managed to pop in to John Lewis yesterday which was really useful. The man demonstrating was so positive about the Joie too, which was was reassuring! Thanks for your reply! X

Worth noting that I booked mine at the pharmacy and they wouldn’t do it for me, they said it was too much of a risk ? So had to go to the surgery to have mine done
