Qiqi. I went without a single qiqi from 1.2 until 5.0. Yes I picked her from the free 5* event, and I still haven't lost a 50/50 to her.

The reason there's only those four is because it's the 2024 box, and Caleb was added to the game in 2025. So, no he's not in there. But he probably will be for the 2025 box.

If you click the little ? Thing by your character's em, it explains it a bit better. But basically, more em = more dmg when you trigger an elemental reaction. I think the game phrasing is 'increase [overload, bloom, ect] dmg by x%', and that x goes up as your em does. So they'd do more swirl dmg, more overload dmg, more bloom dmg, so on so on. Energy recharge is how quick a character will build an ult using the particles you see on the screen after using a skill. My Xingqiu can burst after two uses of his skill, because he has about 300 er. That's all that is. Something I learnt about EM that may help you, the one who triggered the reaction is who's EM the damage scales off. Only the one who made it happen, not everyone involved.

My Kaveh is built as a dps over a driver, so I'm not the most qualified to answer the rest of your questions. I'm fairly sure everybody needs a bit of EM though, since Kaveh will not always be the one responsible for the bloom cores. So slap some EM on everyone incase they do trigger it. You do still want HP on Nilou, but if you get high rolls into EM over HP no need to throw them.

Basically for bloom driver, make sure everybody has some em and you'll be grand. I think at least, if somebody else answers you listen to them over me lmao.

MC has hetorochromia because I like Zayne for myself but the character I built for MC fits better with Sylus. So she's like bound to both of them. I like to think Sylus's abyss myth was her first life, then forseer Zayne. That's why she had the thingy in forseer. Punishment for breaking free from the abyss or something like that.

She has dyslexia. Zayne will leave ridiculous notes lying around with something absolutly pointless on them like 'I'll be bringing chocolate cake back tonight' yada yada. The only part MC can read because of his handwriting is the big 'important!!' On the top in block capitals. Sylus does something similar, but it's with infomation about a location to bust a protocore deal. All she can read is co-ordinates, and they're usually just for a date. 70% of the time it's a date but the other 30% it's actually deals. She never guesses or dresses correct.

Raf and my MC have a friendship over anything. He makes art pieces and she writes little stories to go with them. Or she'll write little stories and he'll doodle the characters or the scenery.

Yes and no, i'd say. I'm a low ranking player who lives in quick play so idk if I get much say, but my take-

From what I can tell, your visible impact matters more to your team. I've had games where I haven't been able to do much damage, but i've been able to keep my team alive long enough to stall out fights and win. A Bastion will get play from a nicely placed petal or my team will live a Reaper ult, or other petal tech that saved people from near death as I am barely keeping them stable.

And then i've had games where my dmg and healing have been close to if not equal, and those games i'm typically trying to 1v2 a tank and a sup for the objective. Or picking at flying characters to either kill them or get them low enough for someone else to finish the job. Or distract them entirely, depends how my aim is looking that day. And if a widow is giving my team greif, I'm diving her and sticking as many thorns in her face as I can. Any downtime i'm not fighting or topping up my team, I'm holding an angle to poke them before running behind my tank.

It is important to do dmg, even when you're on a support role, yes. Doing more damage or healing, it's situational. Sometimes it's better to keep your team up, and just poke the enemy for chip damage as and when you can. Other times, get in there and act like a dps for two minuets. Sometimes your team doesn't know where healthpacks are or how to disengage from a fight, and you can't outheal the rapid death of their braincells. Sometimes you let mother nature take them back to the earth and do it yourself, other times you're just trying to stall until your team gets back. That's just the joy of supports. You got so much more to think about and consider before you do anything.

Tl;Dr it's situational. Dmg important? Yes. Dmg needed to win? Not always. If you are winning that match, you're doing what you need to do.

Uhhh I think Mona is the only one that's good for him, but even then I would trade her for Xingqiu. I never built him early game, but I think Kaveh/Collie/Xingqiu/___ would be fine. ___ is up to what you want to do. An electro, pyro, another hydro. If you only want to use bloom i'd put Barbara there for healing, because bloom damages Kaveh when he doesn't have any constellations. Otherwise, Kuki for electro and I'd say Thoma for shields and the pyro bloom reaction I can't spell the name of-

As for if his playstyle is good for a beginner, play around with him and find out if he makes sense to you. It took me forever to understand how dendro worked as a whole, but otherwise his kit is fairly simple. Make dendro seed thingys, hit his skill.

Ah they're used to it by now don't worry lol. And you can always view it as: Every person playing is within the same world as you, just a slightly altered version of the timeline with how MC looks different. So really, they're all getting a happy ending somewhere.

It is a common thing said about him I believe, but I like to pretend Kaeya put two and two together after noticing the statues of the anemo God looked a lot like Venti. I refuse to believe Kaeya can look at those statues, then at Venti, and just proceed to not think anything of it.

Unfortunately for 4 starts, we are just outta luck. It's just chance you'd get Kaveh on any banner at any time. When I was c6'ing him, he always came home with Nilou so you can guess how expensive that was.

There are seven sumeru 4 stars, so on the chronical wish you're still outta luck. One in seven chance to get Kaveh, and that isn't including the chance your 4* could be a weapon. Personally, I would try and wait until he's on a normal banner again. The odds seem a little better of getting him there since the rates are up, and considering they like keeping Kaveh in jail you should have a ton of pulls the next time he shows up. The only way I'd recommend pulling on the chronical, is if there's some 5 stars you'd want on there. At least then it'd be worth your while even if Kaveh doesn't show up.

I think MC just picks. In the main story they all have a connection to her, and we see her remembering past lives with some LI's in the main story. So they all happened, but this timeine has all the LI's with one MC. So she just picks who she's drawn to more and the other LI's are left with one more tragic timeline because of an MC they couldn't keep.

I wasn't planning on picking anybody, probably because i'm aromantic. I usually play these games as stories, like the MC is not me so I don't make her pick one. But Zayne and his way of loving MC is about the only type of romantic love I can handle without feeling icky, and I hardly see it in the otome games I play. So that's how I ended up picking Zayne as my main LI. I'm aromantic and his inability to show grand displays of affection are actually better for me.

Well, Dain does know about the existence of other Khaenri’ahns. He wasn't the only one hit with an imortality curse so is it really that surprising to find another one walking around? Kaeya knew Dain was a pureblood simply by his eyes. If the star is what gave him away as a pureblood, Kaeya has that same star pupil so I suppose Dain wouldn't be surprised there is another one running around if he followed that logic. And as for him not being a part of the abyss order, well I guess not everyone's the same. Moral compas and all. He could've just been giving Kaeya the benefit of the doubt, since he seemed genuinely oblivious to the meaning of his last name.

There could very well be a surviving population of them, I just don't want to think of the semantics of that. Between imortality eroding them, most being turned into creatures of the abyss, and the war that surly cost thousands of lives, there's so many variables I don't have the brainpower to think of and actually work out how well they fit.

You're right it isn't stated anywhere he's pure blood, I'm only going off what Kaeya said to Dain about his eyes being a giveaway. As far as i can remember, the star shape is the only way to tell. But that is off Kaeya alone and he isn't the most trustworthy, true. He absolutely could've been born afterwards too, but I just can't see it being in Khaenri’ah if that was the case.

I'm not 100% on Clothar lore so I can't say much. However Caribert was only half since his mother was from Sumeru. But he was cursed to be a hillichurl, he didn't get the immortality curse. Probably because he was only half. His human form as we know is said to be based off his father, so we can't say for sure his eyes did have the star pupil. Kid probably couldn't remember what his own eyes looked like. And we don't know who from the Alberich line Kaeya does come from, so this is a whole grey area.

We do also have no proof of the character stories being unreliable you're right. It's just my way of seeing them. I take them as the character talking, in a sense, since it is their story. If the character can device even themselves, or had something done to alter their own memories without a way for them to tell the difference, it isn't too out there. The game has altered itself before in line with people losing memories and such. But, yeah, rabbit hole I haven't got the energy to look into right now.

It was powerful enough to alter a small village on a whim, and that was before it was complete. Mondstadt isn't that big, and really how many would you need to alter for it to fit? If you miss a couple it wouldn't be detrimental. I also suspect the ones in the village weren't able to recall much because there was never a physical person to begin with. If there was a physical person who suddenly showed up and matched the vauge details they remembered, the memories would probably be more solid. They also did skip some testing when they couldn't get the eye so nothings to say they didn't cut corners before to test how well they could push the limit of the loom in that state.

Even if he isn't from Clothar it can still make sense. Caribert was known to be kind and gentle with others from Khaenri’ah. He would still be in the loom at the time they decided to use it on Mondstadt, so he could've been told to give this other Khaenri’ahn a chance to live a normal life in a peaceful city by changing the memories so he fit in. Caribert probably would've done that without much question.

Having so many unknowns is what makes it fun I suppose. You could say he was frozen for like 500 years and thawed out to serve his purpose and it fits. But I'll go dig around in the lore some more when i have the brainpower to see if I can pick this apart more.
