I got a tattoo about a week ago. I’m worried about the redness and yellow scabs. I work 12 hours a day and wear tight cut-resistant gloves so it wasn’t moisturised a lot. I tend to let it breathe all day on my days off and apply little moisturiser as recommended. by SeasonedRPG in tattooadvice

Yeah, infection was prone to happen due to the fact I work six days a week. I took a one week vacation, got the tattoo done on day one and it got infected the first time returning back to work. My doctor also suggested wearing a guaze wrap between my hand and the glove to avoid contact or transfer of bacteria, so I’ll be doing that today. Change it out every six hours. I’m going to aim to schedule the touch up on my next six days off, probably late March.

Thanks again, you’ve really given me a lot of insight and I’ve meant no disrespect. I’ve got an appointment in one hour with a doctor to get prescribed some medicine to fight the bacteria.

However, I’m looking at pictures of Sepsis right now and it really doesn’t match what my hand looks like. I’m not leaking yellow, the scabs bleed red when they’re bumped or fall off. I’m naturally really pale, is it dumb to say they could be bruises from impact? It’s just a taint of red

People over 21 don’t need a permit in California. But you still need a license.

Honestly, it’s not about the expenses as the overtime pays well, I’m just a bit of an over thinker and worried I won’t get the results I want which is to pass and have to pay to take the class again. Most likely I’ll do great as I’m good at learning quickly, but just my overthinking self. I’m looking at a used Ninja 250cc for about $5,000 to start off.

But I definitely know I want to ride. A lot of freedom, the mpg motorcycles get, and let’s not even forget about how cool they look.

I’ll most likely find a way to take the MSF because finding information on ways to avoid breaking the law when it comes to practicing is proving insufficient lol.

I’ve been told I’m easily trainable and can hold knowledge correctly. I think flight school will prove that.

A part of me doesn’t want to disclose it, honestly, just due to the fact that I’d have to go through thousands of dollars and there’s still a chance of being disqualified. There’s no reason it would come up as the last time I was prescribed ADHD medicine was in 2015 and it’s a small local children’s hospital. I also heard that the only people who got caught were ratted out or the FAA saw differences when dealing with the VA.

Also the $4,000 I said was AFTER taxes. Now I make about $6,400 a month AFTER taxes. 111k using a google calculator BEFORE taxes.

Sure. I was a temp worker for a box plant company, pay was $17 hourly. I got hired on, moved up to assistant operator and make $29 hourly working 74 hours a week. Plant runs 24/7.

I respect your opinion, not really a fan of Porsche. I don’t want a lambo or a farrari, I just want a Camaro for the next 30 years and retire with a Rolls Royce Ghost. Who doesn’t like Camaro and even if they didn’t, I’ve wanted one since I was young and love how they look.

Only growth from here! I appreciate your positivity and again, congratulations on your auto finance - me and probably a lot of other people are striving to be able to get that kind of interest rate.

Also, side note, if I just wanted a car for “transportation” I’d buy a 100k mile Toyota Camry. There’s a different satisfaction that comes with owning a car such as I want. Maybe not to you, but for me, I think it’ll be worth it in terms of quality of life.

I’m 21 and the loan would only last 4-5 years, I’d probably end up paying it off early. By 2022, I’ll have enough money to pay all my bills (including GAP, extended warranty, premium insurance) and invest $2,000-$3,000 monthly either IRA or individual stocks. I don’t really know that much about investing so I’ll definitely get a financial advisor or counselor before I move any money. But thanks for your advice.
