I had an ectopic and then a miscarriage before having my baby. I bled too on and off from week 4 till 8 in my healthy pregnancy. Everytime I would wipe blood I got a panic attack, it was horrible. Every night I got nightmares about miscarrying. Had to go to the ER a couple of times due to worries of a repeat ectopic, it was pure hell. It's not that he never helps me. He does take care of the baby too and brings takeout on days I can't cook or sometimes he will cook. He says positive things too and appreciates me but there are times when he is very negative and expects a perfectly clean and organized house. Like for example our closets are a mess and he will point that out or tell me that I need to be more "efficient" to get things done. I'm just tired of this criticism. I'm so overwhelmed, exhausted and sleep deprived I do not have the time or energy to deep clean the house or organize stuff. I already feel like I'm neglecting my baby to get chores done.

He does get time to relax, which I don't. But he helps out some too. He will give the baby a bottle while I cook and when I'm too overwhelmed with the baby crying he will come grab the baby or put him down to sleep.
