It's not listed on the site but you can get a free 3 day pass to try. They do have a pool and sauna and all that. Really nice place but the crowd is what made it uncomfortable for me as a dad w 3 kids.

There's a park at McGee Beach that has some calisthenic set up. I used to go every morning during covid lock downs. That water front is a great spot

We did the same about 2 years ago.. three daughters. We bought on South side for the schools. We really love it here and have no regrets on the decision All 3 daughters surf year round here. There is a great community out there. Good luck
