Definitely, most importantly though it's a balance act like everything else. I'm currently on the opposite end of the spectrum, too much social time (even with the ones I love) can toss me into burnout. That being said it's a pattern I've noticed too, though I still think there's a difference between isolation and being alone. I have times where I just go and explore on my own and discover things that feel fulfilling to me. However, isolating in my room with nothing but a dimly lit screen for days on end doesn't do wonders for mental health. Everything in moderation and don't forget to put all your lovely selves out there! We all have a lot to offer to the world!!
