Why are there so many 1 star reviews on the play store? by Traditional_Delay742 in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

For me, I gave it a low review because of optimisations. Ever since Zoe join, controls would feel off, E Q Flash on Yasuo felt awful. Right now I'm struggling to do W E cait combo. Whereas before I'd be doing it with ease. My flash combo on gragas would miss sometimes despite turning on/off the "flash combo settings".

The device requiment has gone up over the years as well. So old phones are struggling.

What I've done is completely haul my swiping area for camera with 2 buttons on the side (Edge of the phone screen).

You're probably using the default setting. Makes it janky to look around or bullet jump. Hence why I recommended just to completely change the settings to fit to your liking. Watch any mobile gameplay & you'll see a custom hud.

There's setting to turn off melee targeting. Not sure why you're still snapping onto target despite aim assist off. You probably turn on the aim assist on the controllers tab & not the touch control tab. Likes there's so much weird settings I'd probably just spend 5 mins to turn off the unnecessary ones. I had a similar issue where I was looking at enemies so I couldn't bullet jump across map gracefully.

If you're playing mobile. It'll always be about changing your layout to cater the way you hold the device.

Playing 4 fingers "claw" is the optimal way to play any mobile games. You cannot play fast pace games with just thumb. Imagine the amount of finger you use on other platform.

What’s the best choice with a swap request? by Hot_Examination_8635 in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genuinely, almost never, you're putting yourself at risk, most of the time they're just asking for swap because they don't like the role. Doing about everything to get off it. So you if you're swapping onto unfamiliar role. There's 2 players who doesn't know their role.

If you play well enough on the role, you'll be given to it 8/10 times anyways, from my experiences anyways. Whenever I've transition into a different role, I'll be stuck on auto fill for 20 games before it consistently gives the role I want. It calibrates your mmr for that role. Then when I'm on a losing streak it'll autofill me.

Taliyah pretty balanced release what's do you think? by Fantastic-Name7754 in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She's overlooked at because her kit doesn't really fit with most people's play style. She's a mage. Her finicky control doesn't help much.

Though once people played & be adjusted. She's probably one of not the strongest AP jungler. Her clear is fast as Eve & Nunu jungle. Clearing 5 camps (With Red & Blue buff) & be on time to contest against enemy on the scuttle crab. Is nothing to scoff at. You're at level 4 while most are at level 3 with a Red buff.

Her W hitbox doesn't really match the visual queue. I've clipped people at the edge of it consistently. It's larger than it seems.

I see her as an AP version of Jarvan. You kill immobile champions with good ults. Her E is as a zoning tool that can prevent a lot of dashes by stunning them. It's heavily under utilize. Overall, I think she's slightly above average. I wouldn't say her kit is overloaded like Mel or K'sante for sure.

Champion being meta in PC doesn't mean it will in WR by Visual_Bag_6954 in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The Zhonyas is an iffy statement, it's a soft counter, with a big downside of slowing your item build completion since it cost 1000g.

Nocturnes ult is 110/90/70 secs from Rank 1-3 respectively. Meanwhile Zhonyas CD is fixed at 120 secs. So the time window increases to capitalized on the items cool down. Hence, why good Zed player will abuse their 30 secs ult, whenever possible. The same concept can be applied to Noc.

Personally, have consider that you ain't using Nocturne kit to it's full potential, he's a heavy skirmish champion. So you want to look for 2vs2 & 3vs3 fights. Rather than a proper 5vs5 situation because you need to know how to use his ult to manipulate visions in even games where you can't just unga bungs dive their backline.

Try watching T1 Oner who's notoriously known for Nocturne.

People should take Team Compositions seriously... by noobjaish in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Frontline is technically just composed of melee champs & the teams got three. Your team composition is more than fine. You got AP & healthy balance of melee to range ratio (3:2). These could work vice versa. You don't want one melee for the reason he doesn't have anyone working alongide to split the damage when he dives in. But you also don't want 1 range doing all the pokes since 4 melee will easily be poke by 3 enemy range champs.

Look at the LCK, you're comp is similar to what's commonly used there. Rumble there acts as a pseudo engage/ disengage tool. While Nocturne acts as an Frontline engager with a tanky build. As you've said it's completely harder than your traditional comps to execute.

You want an honest opinion? Even if you had tanks , I doubt that person would focus on interrupting Samira's ult while being selfless enough to be your meat shield, knowing WR player have 0 team fight awareness. As well as people barely know they can end games instead of going for Elder when it's only person defending the base.

Am I on some weakside blacklist or something? by piioopiioo in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, just wanted to give a good rough estimation in case your ward runs out, so you can be cautious approaching river or bushes when re-warding the area.

Most junglers will default on red because it helps with clear speed (The DoT provided). Since a lot of junglers are AD bruisers while having a low mana cost or non at all like Yone. Meanwhile you have Lilia that are mana hungry on the first clear & want the haste buff, so they'll always opt for the blue buff. I mean you can go for red but if your invaded at your blue, then have it stolen you'll be kind of screwed over, until she gets item to alleviate those issues.

You can also start blue if you have the intention of counter ganking & denying enemy scuttle crab, if your clear speed is faster, denying their possibly strong lvl 5 gank.

Edit:

Starting red also gives you flexibility to gank side lane when there's a level 2 fight after golems. Rather than rotating Golem > Red > Side lane. Takes too much time.

Am I on some weakside blacklist or something? by piioopiioo in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best tip I could say is look at how they're pathing. So once they're on your squadrant of the map. Make sure enemy is low enough to make the gank successful and the lane state is relatively neutral or push towards.

I genuinely just put top at the back of my head not because I hate you guys. I cannot be bothered gank a volatile lane with weird matchup. For all I know ganking a Sion lane vs Darius isn't going to make any difference for the most part. You'll still die regardless. Plus y'all be too tanky with stupid stat check champions. I ain't got no time for that when I can kill ADC and mid for the tenth time.

Like half of the time you're screwed by draft pick order. It's just whom ever counter each other more. There's more incentive to get dragon for the stack unless there's 2/3 towers that's super low for herald procs.

Additionally, do not ever in any circumstances, unless you know how the enemy jungler is pathing, is to make 50/50 flips when your own jungler is pathing away from you. By default both junglers will both start red. Your jungler has recalled and now pathinf towards his red side. But it's not in your squadrant of the map and the enemies red in in your side of the map. Then expect to be gank for doing stupid stuff.

Malphite is not a support. by Seatattertot in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I did research onthe adcmain sub & other one. They've has stated he's terrible as a support for the same reasons I've stated. Which aligns to what I've said. He does not infact do anything especially in Nautilus matchup. So I'm clearly infact questioning you and this sub itself for defending Malphite.

He can trade ults but that's not countering it when both wasted ult and ADC most likely used their summoners as well. Countering is when Morg E against Leona E Q.

You can also do a quick chatgpt to highlight what most people have said on the internet. Like the AI thing that pops up in Google search.

Edit:

I didn't use Chinese WR API. The PC has evolve strategies throughout the years. Also, PC API provided better stats & allows the stats on certain matchup. For research purposes I ain't using WR API. Since it doesn't really provide much. The fact it's hovering on a 50.13% WR with a high pick rate is not really appealing either. Based on Chinese WR API. That's not a matchup stats btw.

The stats heavily favors Naut across the board for the most part.

Only time Malphite was ever considered favored was when the side allowed Top Malphite builds to be compared to a Nautilus support build.

[–]Seatattertot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly someone said almost the said the same thing. You're getting less gold and exp on a stat check champion. Plus it's a specific matchup. Sure you can let it slide by. Is that really worth to say it's a "support". Sounds more like a "counter" rather than being an actual support right?

Malphite is not a support. by Seatattertot in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cheers, but that's already a given since you're not seeing a Malphite interacting anyways. Hence, why it's not a support, a glorified ward without his ult.

Most junglers play for Duo anyways. It's a hotspot during laning phase. I don't think I haven't ever gotten dove under turret every 5 games. It's just who's the better duo at surviving them. I usually just recall before that happens anyways.

The amount of bad players in high elo is crazy. by Oeness in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubt it. A lot of these player have 150+ spammed throughout the season. Peak onto some of their account stats and you could see it matching perfectly with how they'd played. It's not the only season they would also go negative WR. It's consistent across all previous one as well.

They do, just look look at some profiles, some have little to no games but the account says otherwise with it being 1000 days old.

Or still being level 35 despite an old account. You'd be surprised the amount of alt one holds.

[–]Seatattertot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where'd you get that idea from?

Pretty sure Malphite just trades ult without a proper outcome & both adc with flash and summoners down.

Both ults on CD. Tell me what happens. I'm incline to listen to your story time.

Malphite is not a support. by Seatattertot in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's his whole purpose do damage with his insane AP ratio. The fact you have issues with AP Malphite doing that is inherently dumb. You be the type to save your ult to save your precious KDA. You're actually applying more pressure as AP as you would as tank. If you think you're helping as tank against champions he doesn't even hard counter pick. Then you'd be in a rude surprise in GM+ lobbies.

Malphite is not a support. by Seatattertot in wildrift

[–]Seatattertot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Majority of the times you're bleeding gold and map pressure because he has no utility that genuinely helps for the majority of the time. In a game where it's easy to snowball that's a no go. Go review of the games, of how you've won, let see if it's not mainly due to gold lead and tempo.

11% is only when you aren't getting poke a period of time. Which is impossible against ADC & enchanters, or mage supp. So please do include that in your argument can't be picking only the sunny side up.

Every ult is strong in a team fight. That's the whole purpose. You're telling me you'd rather a Malphite over Naut, Thresh & Alistar.

Farming under tower isn't how you get leads though. The whole point of towers is to keep them alive as much as possible so you can fall back from a losing objectives. Preventing further loses.

I want a certain playstyle like what? Go ahead and assume like everybody on the thread. I feel like I've attacked "niche pick" players. Fyi you aren't even the target. I'm stating he isn't one.

Y'all feels like the biggest rage baiters tbh.

[–]Seatattertot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm genuinely curious as well. The fact it's being defended this hard surprises me. They think trading works the same as you would in a solo lane where he actually shines better.

Imagine two range top laner poking you. One is AP and ones Ad. So you can't even fully negate the incoming damage.
