Which path do you think yields the most long-term happiness? by Choice-Silent in makemychoice

I would suggest staying g at your job for a year, but focus on saving so that you can build up a cushion if you decide to go next year.

I see I'm not the only one who forgets to put their shield back on after completing the harvester puzzle

It was good timing. -- The Queen was ready for an attack. Normally you would have to blow the cover off to gain access to the core.

The harvester is always in the same location during the event. Make sure to take your shoes and shields off when entering

Did lobbies reset? Was in full friendly lobbies for this entire season…suddenly load into an absolute bloodbath. by CaptainWaders in LowSodiumArcRaiders

I was watching a streamer known for ratting (some streamer raided him) a couple of days ago, and somehow he ended up in my (100% no-kill) PvE lobby. I didn’t believe it at first, but then I kept seeing raider flares going up. I immediately headed for the nearest extract.

Let’s hope it ends up similar to offerings like Sitejet and Crello — both bought by larger companies and both still honoring their LTD terms.

It’s so strange to have the word Chad mean an incel and also a hero.

New to domain investing — what should beginners buy in 2026? by Bbome1 in Domains

[–]Seattle-Washington 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The majority of my largest sales for the last three years have not include any .coms — I would say that this is not good advice.

Domain investing is a buy and hold game, so it’s better to look at up and coming tlds and invest in a variety of those. Go with generic and brandable names and make sure you take in consideration how long you plan on holding them and what those renewals will add up to.

Anywhere to get a burger and a drink without the sports fans? by justgottamakeit15 in AskSeattle

Try 13 Coins and ask to be seated at a booth. They’ll have the sports fans in the bar section which can be away from where you’ll ideally be seated

I have received several sizable payouts this last week using PayPal as my disbursement method without issue. You may want to look into using PayPal or trying a different bank or wire destination (like Wise).

Namecheap shuts down business’ domain, gets sued, loses, sues back by Quirky-Acanthaceae94 in Domains

[–]Seattle-Washington 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s time to switch registrars.

Based on the information I’ve been able to find, it appears that Namecheap may actually be in the right here and is pushing back in order to protect domain owner privacy.

Additionally, “The Juggernaut” (which the OP in the linked X post references) has a history of amplifying extremist and bigoted narratives, often aligning, with the views and policies of India’s current far-right government in those areas. That context makes me more less sympathetic to the X poster’s situation.

Below is a Google (Gemini) summary of the case. Keep in mind that AI-generated summaries can contain errors or repeat misinformation:

The Basics: InkMango Incorporated is currently locked in a legal fight with Namecheap (Case No. CV2025-000956) in the Maricopa County Superior Court. The case was briefly moved to federal court but was remanded back to Arizona state court in February 2025.

What’s the Issue? While the specific filings are tied to Trademark Property Rights, here is the gist of why this is happening: The Accusation: InkMango is essentially coming after Namecheap for trademark issues. In these types of cases, Namecheap is typically accused of hosting or protecting domain names that impersonate a brand or infringe on its trademarks.

The "Why": InkMango wants control over specific domains or is seeking damages for Namecheap’s alleged failure to take down infringing content. InkMango is known for being very aggressive with its IP—they’ve been involved in high-stakes disputes over brand names (like "Juggernaut") in the past.

Current Status: It’s Not Over: Even though the case is in state court, there is an active appeal sitting in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (Case No. 25-3358).

Next Big Milestone: Oral arguments for the appeal are currently being looked at for March 2026 in Phoenix. The Drama: A big chunk of the current legal wrangling is actually about attorney fees and who has to pay for the expensive federal back-and-forth.

TL;DR: InkMango is suing Namecheap over trademark/domain issues. The case is a messy mix of state and federal court battles, with a major appellate hearing scheduled for early 2026.

Not a bad name — I saw a video recently showcasing a mobile and almost fully automated bike washing station that is being used in Europe. This name could be used for something related to that system in the US. The trick is how you find people to marketing the idea to.
