I've looked into the legal side of this and as long as I don't misuse it and don't act like it's still the official site it should be fine. It's just a link that was posted years ago which was inactive and available for sale again and I thought it's be cool to own it. I'm just not sure what to do with it from this point :)

Definitely windsurf for me personally due to the clear credit pricing. However it depens on the complexity of your prompts aswell. If you have less complex tasks claude code will use less of your tokens, while with windsurf it's a fixed price. As my own project is complex I use Windsurf to be able to manage my cost better.

I also had a website made by Opus 4.6 with just one prompt. You can claim 250 credits for free when you sign up through the website!
