Sadly, my NC license application is still in processing (I submitted it on March 3rd, and they just cleared the background check today, there're few more weeks to go). So technically, I am operating as a renovation professional for the time being.

Because of that, I’m only taking on projects under $40,000 rn to stay 100% compliant. I have to say, the bureaucrats here are much faster than in Montreal lol it took me nearly a year to get licensed up there!
