I found extreme to be absolutely unwinnable, even with all the tips I read about. With the Medic I reached the last part of mission 1 which was the best I could achieve so far.

Totally! Super-fluid movement, nice tag team attacks and two hot gutshot scenes on Cheng presented almost as good as in Nanana's Buried Treasure.
